Top Bar

The Top Bar section allows you to display additional information and navigation elements above the main header in the Classic Menu layout.

Top Bar — Options Overview

Category	Option / Setting	Available Values / Description
Menus	Menu	Select or configure the primary menu displayed in the top bar.
	Secondary menu	Replace or edit a secondary menu to display additional links, such as contact or policy pages.
Social Media Icons	Show social media icons	Enables the display of social media icons in the top bar.
		To display social media accounts, connect them in your theme settings under “Social Media.”
Country / Region Selector	Enable country/region selector	Displays a dropdown menu allowing customers to select their country or region.
	Enable flag	Shows a flag icon next to the selected country or region.
		To add or manage countries and regions, go to your Shopify Markets settings.
Language Selector	Enable language selector	Displays a dropdown for customers to choose their preferred language.
		To add or manage available languages, go to your Shopify Languages settings.
Background	Background	Hide, Color, Gradient, Image — defines the background style of the top bar.
	Color	Select a color or gradient for the top bar background.
Colors	Menu item	Color of menu item text in the top bar.
	Menu item hover	Text color of menu items when hovered.
	Currency / Language	Text color for the currency and language selectors.
	Lines	Color for divider lines or borders within the top bar.
	Social	Default color for social media icons.
	Social hover	Hover color for social media icons.
	Submenu color	Color of submenu text or elements (if applicable).
	Link	Default color for links in the top bar.
	Link hover	Color of links when hovered.
	Background	Background color override for specific elements within the top bar.
	Shadow	Adds a shadow effect under the top bar for depth and separation.
