The Forms chapter includes sections that allow customers to communicate with your store or subscribe to updates.

These sections are designed to collect customer information in an accessible and visually consistent way that matches the overall theme design. Each form can be placed on any page and styled to fit your layout and brand identity.


Below are the sections included under the Forms category:

• Contact Form Adds a customizable contact form that allows visitors to send messages directly to the store owner or support team. This section includes standard form fields such as name, email address, and message, with optional fields depending on your theme configuration. You can adjust layout spacing, background color, and heading style, or add accompanying text and imagery for a more branded presentation. The contact form automatically sends submissions to the store’s main contact email configured in Shopify Admin → Settings → Store details.


• Newsletter Signup A simple subscription form designed to collect customer email addresses for your newsletter or marketing campaigns. Commonly placed in the footer, homepage, or landing sections, this block encourages customers to stay connected and receive updates about promotions or new products. The section supports text customization (heading, description, placeholder text), optional background styling, and integration with Shopify’s built-in Customer email marketing system or connected email apps.
