Typography

This section allows you to control the fonts used throughout your store, including headings, body text, prices, buttons, and menus.

Here you can choose between Google fonts and Shopify system fonts, adjust font weights, and scale font sizes for desktop and mobile. Choosing lighter or system fonts may improve performance, while Google fonts offer more style variety.

Option Group	Option / Setting	Explanation
HEADINGS	Font type: Google / Shopify	Select the font source used for headings (H1–H3). Google fonts provide more stylistic choices; Shopify fonts are system-based and load faster.
	Google font	Choose the specific Google font (available if Google font type is selected).
	Google font weight	Controls how bold or light the Google font appears.
	Shopify font	Choose a system font from Shopify’s built-in list (available if Shopify font type is selected). System fonts can improve loading speed.
	Font size scale: 50–200%	Adjusts the overall heading sizes on desktop.
	Font size scale for mobile: 100–150%	Scales heading sizes specifically for mobile screens.
HEADINGS H4–H6	Font type: Default / Google / Shopify	Choose the font source for smaller headings (H4–H6). “Default” uses your main heading settings.
	Google font	Choose the font for H4–H6 when Google font type is selected.
	Google font weight	Adjusts how bold or light the Google font appears.
	Font size scale	Changes the size of smaller headings for desktop.
	Font size scale for mobile	Changes the size of smaller headings for mobile.
	Shopify font	Choose a system font when Shopify font type is selected.
BODY	Font type: Google / Shopify	Choose the main text font for paragraphs and product descriptions.
	Google font (Google font weight, Google bold font weight)	Adjust regular and bold weights when using Google fonts.
	Font size scale	Adjusts the body text size for desktop.
	Font size scale for mobile	Adjusts the body text size for mobile.
PRICE	Font type: Default / Google / Shopify	Controls the font style used for product prices (same behavior as H4–H6 options).
BUTTONS	Font type: Default / Google / Shopify	Controls the font style used for all buttons.
	Buttons font weight: Normal / Bold	Sets how bold button text appears.
MAIN MENU	Font type: Default / Google / Shopify	Controls the font used for navigation menu links.
	Font size scale	Adjusts main menu text size for desktop.
	Font size scale for mobile	Adjusts main menu text size for mobile.
TEXT TRANSFORM	Headings font uppercase	Converts all headings to uppercase when enabled.
	Headings font letter spacing	Adjusts the spacing between letters in headings. The entered number is divided by 1000 to calculate the final spacing.
	Buttons font uppercase	Converts button text to uppercase when enabled.
	Menus font uppercase	Converts menu link text to uppercase when enabled.
